At age 11, I experienced sexual abuse within my immediate family—an experience that shaped my understanding of human behaviour, pressure, and performance in a way that would later define my work.By my early twenties, navigating complex emotional experiences, high-pressure environments, and significant life transitions, I began to recognise a consistent pattern:
unresolved internal pressure directly impacts how people think, lead, decide, and perform

This insight became the foundation for my work.It led me to focus on how performance is not only a function of skill or capability—but of internal capacity under pressure.

Today, I work with organisations and leadership teams to understand and stabilise how pressure affects leadership performance, decision-making, and execution.My work focuses on helping leaders maintain clarity, consistency, and capacity in environments where demand is constant and pressure is unavoidable.My approach is informed by both lived experience and extensive applied work across high-pressure environments, where I have observed how behaviour, decision-making, and performance shift under real operational conditions.I specialise in translating these patterns into practical, observable changes in how individuals and teams operate.
