At age 11, I experienced sexual abuse within my immediate family—an experience that shaped my understanding of human behaviour, pressure, and performance in a way that would later define my work.By my early twenties, navigating complex emotional experiences, high-pressure environments, and significant life transitions, I began to recognise a consistent pattern:
unresolved internal pressure directly impacts how people think, lead, decide, and perform. This insight became the foundation for my work.It led me to focus on how performance is not only a function of skill or capability—but of internal capacity under pressure.
